Advanced Machining Capabilities

Our machining department features over 25 CNC machines including 3, 4, 5, and 7-axis CNC Milling machines, CNC Turn centers, CNC Lathes, VTL's, Jig & Horizontal Boring Machines.

We have extensive expertise in machining Titanium, Magnesium, Maraging Steels, Stainless Steels, Inconel, Aluminum, Copper Alloys, and other special materials.

Casting & Foundry

Our in-house casting facilities support sand casting (1 kg to 100 kg, up to 1.3 tons with partners) and investment casting (50g to 35kg) of Copper Alloys, Specialty Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, and Special Alloys.

All casting processes adhere to GosStandart and Naval Engineering Standards, ensuring the highest quality outputs.

Casting & Foundry

Forging

We specialize in Titanium, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, and Copper Alloys forgings for high-pressure applications (up to 600 Bar/ 8700 psi/ 60 MPa).

Our hot forging capabilities support maximum surface area of 300mm diameter and weights up to 20Kg, providing exceptional strength and integrity for critical components.

Specialized Welding

Our dedicated 500 sq. ft. clean TIG welding facility supports Titanium welding in Argon purged environment, as well as Copper Alloys, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, Inconel, Zirconium, Hastelloys, Niobium, and more.

We design and manufacture custom semi-automatic fixtures in-house, and have the capability for Nuclear grade welds meeting the most stringent requirements.
